One of the short-comings of buying your software online is the lack of the "shinny new box" experience. You cliked, fill in credit card informations, and boom, you're downloading the software.
That happened to me when I purchased a copy of comic-life.
The novelty wore off a little bit since the purchase, though I still think it's a good purchase that I'd be using for a long while.
But man, do I want the box and perhaps the manual I would have if I'd bought it off the shelf of compUSA.
