Comic Life is such a fun software I sware it's addicting.I had some free time on my hand, and checked out this award-winning app. It took me literally 5 minutes to creat a kickass comic/picture album for a friend, and sent it off to her via email with time to spare. Another 5 minutes passed and she started asking me if she can use the program on Windows.
Mac OS X platform is doing a wonderfully good job of attracting small teams of creative developers to creat applications that are fun to use. Take a look at Delicious Library, SubEthaEdit. I've heard accounts of people spending hours just playing with all the configurations with each of these three software.
Soon people will be getting a Mac to play with them. :)
